Arthrofibrosis
Video Transcription
The talus is beneath us and tibia above us, and the dense fibrus tissue is the arthofibrotic tissue that is restricting range of movement in the ankle joint. We are viewing antermodially, and a 3.5mm gator resector is introduced anterolaterally to remove the dense arthofibrotic tissue. This is easily removed as you see, restoring range to the patient’s ankle joint.
